At APEX, we believe that exercise should be motivating, challenging, and, empowering. Our approach to fitness is grounded in science, and we use methods from the Functional Aging Institute to create personalized fitness plans for our clients centered around daily function. It is our goal to help our clients be able to do what they need to do, like to do, and wish they could do at every stage of life.

Our 1:1 personal training program consists of 30 minute sessions customized to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our Functional Aging Specialist will work with you to fine-tune your movement patterns and create a personalized program that fits your unique needs and preferences.
